Dr. Elisabetta Arba

Dr. Elisabetta Arba is a Research and Innovation Manager at the European Foundation for Democracy (EFD), where she contributes to EU-funded initiatives on democracy, digital policy, and technology. With an Master’s degree in Management Engineering, and a PhD in Economics and Politics from the University of Bologna, she combines expertise in project design, coordination, and stakeholder engagement with advanced knowledge of digital innovation. She is currently pursuing a second PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Sapienza University of Rome, focusing on the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) for the analysis of public data, with a particular emphasis on compliance, security, and privacy.
