As Dr Phares explained, radical Muslims and Jihadists have been preparing for this war for a long time and so far they have won some of the battles.  However, Europe and the West can still win the war if they focus on de-indoctrination and start acting now .

EFD visiting Fellow Dr. Walid Phares, presented his new book “The war of ideas: Jihadism against democracy” to Members of the European Parliament and EU officials. Dr Phares raised awareness on the threat ot terrorist ideologies and strategies and outlined some of the options that Europe has for dealing with this threat.
