Speakers will include Gerta Zaimi (Researcher, the University of Florence (CSSII); Board Member, the Albanian Human Rights Group), Vlado Azinović (Associate Professor, the University of Sarajevo; Co-Founder, Atlantic Initiative), Edward P. Joseph (Senior Fellow, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies; Executive Director, the National Council on US-Libya Relations) and Radko Hokovský (Chairman of Executive Board, European Values Think-Tank).
