A strategy inspired by Hamas

EFD Senior Fellow Valentina Colombo is interviewed by the Spanish daily newspaper La Razon on the modus operandi of the Nice terror attack. 

According to Dr. Colombo "all recent attacks by the Islamic State follow the same strategies that Hamas and other terrorist organizations have been using in Israel and elsewhere to attack civilians."
