Earning their respect: workshops for teachers

German radio station Deutschlandfunk features a report on EFD Programme Director Ahmad Mansour’s work with the Heroes project in Berlin to support teachers who face the challenges of cultural diversity in their classrooms. Ahmad and his colleagues offer practical solutions to educators: "We have to encourage the young people to reflect on the [negative] things that they are saying."
