Alexander Ritzmann is interviewed by LBC Radio on the recent developments regarding the Berlin Attack.

"We must focus also on the prevention of radicalisation; if we focus only on enforcing the police forces, the military and the intelligence, we are only focusing on short-sided tools. We need to empower civil society organisations, NGOs that collaborate with vulnerable communities who can reach out to vulnerable individuals. Research shows that people who think they have friends or family members who might be radicalised, will most likely not reach out to the security forces, but might reach out to local NGOs that try to help them."
