Isis hits France again with a massacre in Niece. Europe must declare war on Islamic terrorism

EFD Senior Fellow Valentina Colombo comments the recent terror attacks which occurred in Nice in the early hours of 15 July.

"Nice should lead Europe to envision a new strategy not only to eliminate the geographical hotbeads of terrorism, but also to eradicate the ideological ones which have influenced the minds of many young Muslims".
