Islam does not justify the massacre or the destruction

In an interview with Italian newspaper Giornale di Sicilia, EFD Senior Fellow Valentina Colombo highlights the absence of Islamic religious authorities as the major cause of misinterpretation of the Koran. In order to fight extremisms, she stresses, Europe should invest in the education of youth and promote real integration which does not exclude cultural and religious traditions.
