Austria’s daily newspaper Wiener Zeitung features a report on the counter-radicalisation work of EFD Programme Director Ahmad Mansour in Germany. Journalist Mona El Khalaf reports on Ahmad's work at the Hayat helpline where he counsels friends and relatives who are concerned that someone they know is developing radicalised tendencies. “The process [of de-radicalisation] happens in small steps: if, for example, a child makes the decision to re-establish contact with his / her parents, that’s progress.”
